【流星雨2022】雙子座流星雨肉眼即可見？年末最大流星雨12/14登場：每小時湧150顆流星

正式進入 12 月也代表著 2022 年邁入年末，今年讀者們心願都實現了嗎？

火星衝於 12 月 8 日搶眼登場，睽違 2 年，火星即將再次運行到「衝」的位置，所以又被稱之為「火星衝日」。火星衝日意味著火星、地球和太陽幾乎排列成一線，地球位於太陽與火星之間，所以此時火星和地球之間距離最近，而且被太陽照亮的一面完全朝向地球，這時的火星將會是火星最亮、最大的時候，也是火星的最佳觀測期。

那讀者們知道為什麼命名為「雙子座流星雨」呢？臺南市長黃偉哲表示，大部分流星雨的形成原因都跟彗星有關，但是雙子座流星雨特別不一樣，母體為（3200）法厄同小行星，當太空中的小行星靠近太陽時，它會受熱噴發出許多小石頭、碎屑、灰塵，而小行星的路徑上也就充滿著這些碎屑，若地球剛好經過小行星的軌道，遺留的碎屑便會撞進大氣層，因而產生出流星。

由於流星看起來好像都從天空中的某一個點（輻射點）出現，我們便以輻射點所在的位置為流星雨命名，如雙子座流星雨的輻射點就在雙子座的方向。
