Cover For a storied Singaporean brand like Metro, staying ahead of the curve means moving beyond the traditional transaction to create a community where every visit feels like a curated experience

Moving beyond the traditional transaction, Metro’s revamped loyalty programme offers a sophisticated tiered architecture—beginning with an exclusive invitation to Member’s Appreciation Week

The relationship between a department store and its community is being redefined by a focus on engagement rather than just the act of purchase. For a storied Singaporean brand like Metro, staying ahead of the curve means moving beyond the traditional transaction to create a community where every visit feels like a curated experience. This is the philosophy behind Treasured, Metro’s revamped loyalty programme, which has been reimagined to recognise and reward the way members engage with the brand’s high-calibre collections across beauty, fashion, and home.

Designed as an elevated ecosystem, Treasured is a gateway to a life more refined. By offering complimentary membership that provides immediate access to exclusive privileges and bespoke benefits, Metro is inviting its community to join a programme that evolves with their lifestyle.

A tiered architecture of rewards

The Treasured programme is built on a clear, three-tier system—Silver, Gold, and Pearl—allowing members to earn up to three per cent rebates in Treasured Points (TP) as they shop at Metro. This structure ensures that rewards scale alongside a member's engagement.

Silver status is the entry tier and requires no minimum spend to maintain. Members at this level enjoy a one per cent rebate on Metro purchases and a 20 per cent birthday discount. Elevation to Gold status requires a specific minimum spend per 12 months, rewarding members with a two per cent rebate on purchases and the signature 20 per cent birthday discount. At the heart of the programme is Pearl status, requiring a higher annual spend threshold. Pearl members receive the maximum three per cent rebate on all Metro purchases alongside their birthday benefits.
