Blackpink’s Lisa, along with fellow cast members Natasha Rothwell and Jason Isaacs, joined the premiere of season 3 of HBO’s hit ‘The White Lotus’
Bangkok became the epicentre of high society and high drama as The White Lotus season 3 premiered in Thailand on February 14, marking the first time that the HBO hit has hosted a full-blown promotional event overseas.
The exclusive event kicked off with a green carpet moment and flowed into several after-parties at the Four Seasons Hotel Bangkok at Chao Phraya River.
The glittering evening commenced at Iconsiam, the luxury shopping mall, where stars such as Blackpink’s Lisa, Natasha Rothwell and Jason Isaacs were met by legions of adoring fans. Lisa made a grand entrance via ca ruise ship, resplendent in a custom Louis Vuitton lotus-pink gown, accompanied by her mother. The K-pop icon is making her acting debut as Mook in the series.
The premiere drew a constellation of stars, including Leslie Bibb, Carrie Coon, Patrick Schwarzenegger, Aimee Lou Wood, Dom Hetrakul, Michelle Monaghan, Parker Posey, Tayme Thapthimthong, Sarah Catherine Hook and Walton Goggins.

Following the screening, the Four Seasons Hotel Bangkok at Chao Phraya River hosted the official after-party. Guests were treated to a traditional Thai dance, a dazzling lip-sync performance by drag queen Pangina Heals, and a set from Thai rap sensation Milli. The VIP after-party at the award-winning BKK Social Club featured a performance by Sophie Ellis-Bextor, with her hit Murder on the Dancefloor setting the tone for a night of revelry.
Thailand is ready to welcome a new wave of tourism, spurred by the series’ stunning visuals. The Tourism Authority of Thailand is capitalising on the show’s popularity by developing specialised tourism packages inspired by the filming locations in Bangkok, Koh Samui and Phuket.
The Four Seasons Resort Koh Samui, the primary shooting location for season three, has seen bookings surge since 2024—and the Four Seasons Hotel Bangkok at Chao Phraya River is offering a White Lotus-themed afternoon tea and bar experience until April 20. Tatler’s next travel destination sorted.
