The culinary experience proved to be exceptional under the guidance of acclaimed chef Edward Lee, who presented an innovative menu that masterfully fused Asian flavours with modern technique. Guests enjoyed his signature braised kalbi beef and dukbokki rice cake frozen mousse with gochujang caramel, sesame oil, melons and minari. Both these dishes will be featured as part of a special three-month limited-edition menu available at G Bear Cafe, allowing future guests to experience the same culinary artistry that made the evening memorable.
