Filing for Love, the Shin Hye-sun and Gong Myung K-drama streaming on HBO Max, is a workplace romcom set in the audit department of a major conglomerate in Korea. Gong Myung plays Noh Ki-jun, the company’s celebrated auditor, whose career trajectory takes a nosedive when Shin Hye-sun’s Joo In-ah, who has a reputation for being rigid and exacting, becomes his new department head.

‘Husbands in Action’ (June 19, 2026)

In the upcoming Netflix film Husbands in Action, Gong Myung stars as Lee Min-seok, a softhearted veterinarian who teams up with his wife’s ex-husband to rescue her when she gets kidnapped by a notorious criminal syndicate.
Jin Sun-kyu plays Hwang Choong-sik, the narcotics detective who was once married to Si-nae, played by Kang Han-na. He and Min-seok are as different as night and day, but when it comes to family, they would not think twice about forming an awkward alliance and going after ruthless gangsters. Divided by a stark generational gap and opposing worldviews, their unlikely teamwork leads to plenty of chaotic bromance.
The action-comedy reunites Gong Myung with his Extreme Job co-star Jin Sun-kyu. Joining them are Kim Ji-suk as Ma Do-joon, a modern-day drug cartel head; Yoon Kyung-ho, Do-joon’s old-school gang rival; and Lee Da-hee, Do-joon’s cunning wife.
‘Your Ground’ (2026)

It turns out he has returned as her designated grim reaper to tell her she only has one week left to live.
The revelation doesn’t shake Hee-wan, who has struggled with grief and depression since he passed away, but it does Ram-woo. He convinces her to spend her final days crossing out items on her bucket list, secretly hoping it would inspire her to keep on living.
As the pair work their way down the list, they revisit cherished memories and create new ones. Their borrowed time together gives them a chance to confront their lingering feelings and eventually say a proper goodbye.

If only she knew that the boy beside her has quietly fallen in love with her, curly hair and all.
