British-Albanian sensation Dua Lipa will return to Kuala Lumpur in November 2024 as part of the Asian leg of her current global tour

Dua Lipa announced the Asian leg of her Radical Optimism tour earlier today on Instagram, and the acclaimed British-Albanian pop sensation is set to make a stop in Kuala Lumpur on November 23, 2024, at Axiata Arena Bukit Jalil stadium.  

The Asia tour will kick off in Singapore on November 6, followed by performances in Jakarta, Indonesia; Manila, Philippines; Tokyo, Japan; Taipei, Taiwan; Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia; and Bangkok, Thailand, before concluding in Seoul, South Korea, on December 4.

The tour announcement comes on the heels her third album, Radical Optimism, which topped the charts in 11 countries, including the UK where it became the biggest album debut from a UK artist in 2024 and garnered the highest week one sales from a UK female artist since 2021.

In the US, the album debuted at No. 1 on Billboard’s Top Album Sales chart and No. 2 on the Billboard 200 chart, marking Dua’s biggest sales week yet. 

Renowned for her powerhouse vocals and captivating choreography, fans can expect an exciting curation of Dua Lipa’s latest hit singles such as Houdini, Training Season, and Illusion as well as favourite past hits like Levitating, Don’t Start Now, and New Rules.

This isn’t the first time Dua Lipa has performed in Malaysia. The popular singer-songwriter performed in Kuala Lumpur in May 2018. She was also in Malaysia in 2017 as part of the line-up at the Good Vibes Festival that took place in Genting Highlands.

Last year, during a Q&A livestream session with her fans on TikTok, Dua Lipa said Kuala Lumpur is one of the most interesting places she has visited during her travels around the world.

Tickets for Dua Lipa’s concert in KL are available for Live Nation members during the exclusive Live Nation pre-sale on June, 10 June, 2024 from 11am until 11:59pm. Register for presale access at Live Nation’s website. Meanwhile, the general sale will start on June, 11 June at 11am local time on its website.
