Those looking for a festive New Year’s Eve celebration can find it at The Exchange TRX, Kuala Lumpur’s vibrant social hub. This year’s New Year’s Eve Countdown Party promises a dazzling night of entertainment, dining, shopping, and philanthropy, making it the ultimate way to ring in 2025.
The star-studded lineup includes Canadian singer-songwriter Henry Lau, famed for his multi-instrumental talents and stint with Super Junior-M, alongside indie-pop sensations Capital Cities, known for their global hit Safe and Sound. Adding local flair, Malaysia’s finest talents will also light up the stage. Folk ensemble PALENCIA, genre-blender NYK, and dynamic acts like Saint Kylo, Daiyan Trisha, and K-Town Clan will energise the crowd.
Hip-hop icons Joe Flizzow and SonaOne of Def Jam Southeast Asia, as well as Yuji featuring Putri Dahlia—whose viral hit has amassed over 163 million Spotify streams—round out an unforgettable lineup. As midnight nears, DJ duos Aidaho and Ashley Lau will keep the party alive, leading up to spectacular fireworks and laser display.

The Exchange TRX is also embracing the spirit of giving with the “Do Good, Feel Good” initiative in partnership with Kechara Soup Kitchen. Raintree Plaza is the heart of the action, featuring live performances and the fireworks display, while the General Zone offers an immersive festival atmosphere open to all. Newly opened TRX City Park adds a family-friendly dimension, providing a scenic space to enjoy the festivities.
