3. Twenty Twenty

What The Singapore Arts Club will stage its biggest pop-up art takeover at this former ship repairs workshop and warehouse at 2 Cavan Road. The first curated art experience, titled Strange Things, features artists from Singapore and around the world, including Dawn Ng, who will present Merry Go Round, a massive installation exploring the phenomenon of collapsing dimensions and the unravelling of time.

9. Justice for All

What British-Nigerian artist Yinka Shonibare offers a Singapore interpretation of British sculptor F W Pomeroy’s Lady Justice (1906) sculpture at The Arts House’s Chamber. Featuring his signature “African’ batik”, Shonibare’s monumental sculptural installation takes inspiration from the history and politics in relations to the building.
