The inaugural biathlon experience was launched last year to commemorate the island adventures of British commando, Colonel Spencer during Japan-occupied World War II.

The race will see a 6.2km run around the island’s paths, through a two million year-old rainforest, including a 1km swim out of Emerald Bar before wrapping up at Chapman’s bar.

Open to professional athletes and fitness enthusiasts alike, the event is best experienced through a full board Pangkor Laut Resort package. Prices start from RM943++  per room per night with a required two-night stay from May 12-13, 2017. The package includes two entries to the race day of May 13, 2017, speedboat transfers, accommodation, daily meals and and a post-race dinner party.
