For Singapore’s 60th birthday, the gift is ours to unwrap. From September 1, every citizen aged 18 and above will find S$100 in SG60 Culture Pass credits waiting to be spent—specifically, on the city’s cultural life in all its breadth and variety. Think theatre premieres at Victoria Theatre, nights at the museum, or even a hands-on workshop where heritage and craft come alive. With more than 400 eligible programmes spanning performance, visual arts, heritage, and festivals, the pass is both a nudge and an invitation: to see our cultural calendar not as something abstract, but as a living part of how we make the most of our time right here at home.

Understand the SG60 culture pass credits: what Singaporeans need to know
The SG60 Culture Pass is a new initiative by the Ministry of Culture, Community and Youth (MCCY) to celebrate Singapore's 60th birthday and encourage citizens to engage with local arts and heritage. The key details are:
Who is eligible? All Singapore citizens aged 18 and above in 2025.
How much? Eligible citizens will receive S$100 in digital credits.
When can they be used? The credits are available from September 1, 2025 and are valid until December 31, 2028.
What can they be used for? The credits can be used to offset ticket costs for a diverse range of local arts and heritage programmes, including performances, exhibitions, workshops, and tours. Film screenings and SingLit books may also be included at a later date.
How to use them? Credits are accessed via Singpass at the official SG Culture Pass portal—no action is required until the launch. Purchases must be made through authorised ticketing partners, including Sistic, BookMyShow, Klook, Pelago, GlobalTix, and Trip.com.
At checkout, users select “SG Culture Pass” as payment; the cost is offset by credits, and any shortfall may be paid via PayNow or credit card.
Scope of eligible activities? Credits may be used for a variety of arts- and heritage-related experiences—live performances, exhibitions, museum and gallery visits, learning tours, workshops, heritage events and festivals, literary arts and more.
