breguet-concert-trey-lee-munich-hong-kong-4.jpgEver since winning the first prize at the International Antonio Janigro Cello competition back in 2004, Hong Kong-born cellist Trey Lee's career has exploded, marked by collaborations with celebrated conductors and composers such as Osmo Vanska, Jun Markl, Bright Sheng, Paul Daniel, and performances with esteemed orchestras around the world.

Lee continues to make his mark in the international music scene as he goes on a worldwide tour with the Munich Chamber Orchestra, sponsored by luxury watch brand Breguet. He will be returning in October to perform at the forthcoming Hong Kong Jockey Club Ampitheatre at The Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts.

We catch him between rehearsals to speak to him about his career and his thoughts on Hong Kong as an international music hub. Plus: We get an exclusive performance from Lee.
