Artworks by Claude Monet and other artists of the French impressionism era have been displayed and enjoyed worldwide for more than 150 years already—but seldom like this. The advent of technology ushered in the ability to immerse oneself in scenarios once deemed impossible, like a multi-sensory exhibition of your favourite artists.
After bringing to life the vibrant world of Van Gogh, BGC Arts Center invites everyone again to a new undertaking—celebrating the world of Monet and other Impressionist painters. For the first time in the Philippines, art enthusiasts can indulge their senses with the sights and sounds of 19th-century Europe starting January 31 for a limited season at the BGC Arts Center, Bonifacio Global City.

A powerful, classical score will aid your journey in witnessing the full breadth of the Impressionist movement. Along with this is a stunning, enormous display of images, flaunting the vibrant colours and details of works by Claude Monet, Camille Pissarro, Pierre-Auguste Renoir, Paul Cézanne, Edgar Degas and many more.
You also have the chance to examine the impressionists’ sources of inspiration through the photographs and videos displayed alongside their works.
“We hope that this offering will give us a sense of the broader tradition in the arts that have influenced generations of artists around the world as we evolve our beautiful art traditions,” says Maria Isabel Garcia, managing director and curator of the Bonifacio Art Foundation, Inc.

The show is open to all ages and backgrounds. It offers an “entertaining, educational, and enlightening experience, whether they are art and history aficionados or exploring the Impressionists for the first time,” adds Bruce Peterson, founder and chairman of Grande Experiences—Bonifacio Art Foundation’s partner for the event.
Other partners include TicketWorld and LG Philippines, who helped provide a million worth of televisions placed in the art studio and lobby.
The BGC Arts Center is open Tuesday to Sunday and is closed on Mondays. Two-hour time slots are available, starting at noon on weekdays and 10 am on weekends. Tickets are available at www.bgcartscenter.org/mfa.
