The 2nd Tarlac Art Fair coincides with the maiden edition of the Central Luzon Art Fair, captivating the contemporary art scene of the region
Art lovers and collectors are invited this month to another exciting edition of Tarlac Art Fair and the inaugural edition of its bigger sister exhibition, the Central Luzon Art Fair.
Tarlac Governor Susan Yap, the Tarlac Provincial Tourism Office, and officials from the National Commission for Culture and the Arts led the opening ceremony of the 2nd Tarlac Art Fair last October 5.

Running until October 31, the fair presents the works of Tarlac's proud pool of creative visionaries as well as competing artists in the Tarlac National Art Competition at the Diwa ng Tarlac in Tarlac City. There are two floors of sculptures, paintings, and photographs, as well as a permanent exhibition of Tarlac dioramas.
In cooperation with Art Lounge Manila at Podium, Mandaluyong City, Tarlac artists and fashion designers opened "Igniting Potentials". Curated by Ricky Francisco, the exhibition of the winners of the 6th Tarlac National Art Competition will run until October 21 in the said venue.
Meanwhile, the first-ever Central Luzon Art Fair opened last October 15 at Bulwagang Kanlahi in Tarlac City. It features paintings and sculptures by artists from Aurora, Bataan, Bulacan, Nueva Ecija, Pampanga, Tarlac, and Zambales. The fair runs until October 23.
