Doctors Without Borders will be screening its documentary 'Selfish' at GSC Mid Valley Megamall on August 19 and 20, 2022
Doctors Without Borders (also known as Médecins Sans Frontières) will host its very first film screening of the 2020 documentary Selfish that offers a rare and moving glimpse into the inner lives of 40 humanitarian workers.

Featuring their experiences in the field as well as the risks and rewards in the course of their work, the 56-minute film is directed by Stéphane Santini, Géraldine André, Laurence Hoenig and Pierre Yves Bernard.

The film will be screened at 7.05pm on August 19, 2022 and at 2pm and 4pm on August 20 at GSC Mid Valley Megamall, attended by Paul McPhun, Doctors Without Borders' head of Southeast and East Asia Pacific Project. Admission is free to members of the public who register online.
Both screenings will be followed by short sharing sessions from doctors who have served in various missions with Doctors Without Borders, including trauma and general surgeon, Dr Ashok Kannan, whose first Doctors Without Borders mission was in Mocha, Yemen in 2021.
