Shoppers from all over the country will get to purchase clothes, art and crafts from many of Central Market’s 300 over tenants with ease.

The 19th century landmark, Central Market takes a big step into the 21st century courtesy of online marketplace 11street. Having prospered for almost 130 years at an iconic location in the heart of Kuala Lumpur, Central Market retailers will now have their goods sold at the biggest market of all – the worldwide web.

Shoppers from all over the country will get to purchase clothes, art and crafts from many of Central Market’s 300 over tenants with ease. Some of the items already available include leather bags, pearl jewellery, wood carved artefacts and batik art. Traditional items like wau, gasing and congkak are also already being sold, ready to ship on the website.

In conjunction with the new launch, 11street is also offering promotions and discounts up to 40% until 24 February 2017.
