Landmark and Sauvereign celebrate the legendary pop artist’s visit to Hong Kong 40 years ago with exhibition by Warhol’s friend, photographer Christopher Makos
Eleven sets of photographs of Andy Warhol on his first and only trip to Hong Kong 40 years ago, taken by his close friend and famous New York photographer, Christopher Makos, are now being showcased in Warhol Makos: Andy Loves HK.
The exhibition, co-presented by Landmark and luxury fashion brand Sauvereign, will run until September 18, and features both Makos’ original black-and-white photographs and pop art duo-tone-inspired re-prints of his work. Both have never been shown to the public before.
