The prestigious accolades at the 4th Annual PropertyGuru Indonesia Property Awards were presented by Kohler, handing more than 30 awards to celebrate Indonesia’s best real estate companies, projects, and townships of the year—they were also remarked as gestures to celebrate the best emerging developers and designs. The PropertyGuru Indonesia Property Awards are renowned as prominent for being credible, fair, and transparent with a detailed judgement for each award.

The accolades for The Residences at The St. Regis Jakarta were received by David Chin, Chief Investment Officer of Rajawali Property Group and Director of PT Permadani Khatulistiwa Nusantara; Hence Gunawan, Director of PKN; and Swanny Hendrarta, Head of Sales & Marketing of Rajawali Property Group during an annual gala dinner that took place at The Ritz-Carlton Jakarta, Pacific Place ballroom.
