Another critical attribute of the North Tower is its developer’s commitment to sustainability. As a green-certified building, “As we move from one tower to another, we want to make sure that we’re escalating in terms of sustainability—to name a few, we have rain collecting systems and the lights we use are all LEDs. We want to be as sustainable as possible while mitigating as much cost to our buyers,” said Rouen Abel Raz, General Manager of RHK Land.
“It’s a work in progress, but we have a green energy program where we’re trying to source 100 per cent of our energy from renewable sources. It’s a small step to make all of our buildings sustainable, but it’s a clear step,” added Chad Sotelo, CEO of RHK Land.

Guests were then allowed to explore unique showrooms that gave us a glimpse of living in the Velaris Residences North Tower. Each showroom had professional actors who transformed the atmosphere of each unit—with one room having a resident painting on their day off, another with someone practising yoga, and even a couple hosting a welcoming party for their new neighbours.
The residence offers six suites, each with smart home capabilities like digital door locks, RFID card access, and even a companion mobile app to allow residents to access property management services and updates.

The one-bedroom suite offers an area of 77 square meters, perfect for the young bachelor with elevated tastes. Those who want more space can opt for the one-and-a-half bedroom suite with 108 square metres of room.
