One Crown Place is the brainchild of Kohn Pederson Fox Associates (KPF), the renowned architecture firm behind icons including Seoul’s Lotte World Tower, Shenzhen’s Ping-An Financial Centre, and Singapore’s Marina Bay Financial Centre.

The complex has been designed to capture your attention at first glance. Note the two towers that rise 28 and 33 storeys above ground; each of the 246 designer apartments housed in the towers has been designed to offer an expansive view of London's most iconic landmarks while also maximising natural lighting.

Designed by Bowler James Brindley, the interior design of these units reflects their exterior views, with touches of luxury throughout, featuring bespoke kitchens and wardrobes from Italian brands B&B Italia and Arclinea. There's also bespoke artwork by Stig Evans, who utilised each inner facade as an entire canvas unto itself. This has added further touches of refinement and luxury to each apartment. To showcase the designs in One Crown Place’s residences, a new show apartment dubbed The Makers Apartment has been unveiled by London interiors firm Bergman and Mar. It draws inspiration from the concept of a ‘Collector’s City Retreat’, showcasing craftsmanship and the highest quality handmade furniture from Britain including ceramics by Talia James, whose application of colour, form and pattern reflects her Moroccan heritage, as well as handcrafted furniture by Galvin Brothers, an East Yorkshire-based family business that uses sustainably sourced timber.

One Crown Place comes with a full suite of luxurious amenities, of course. The seventh floor has been dedicated to this and boasts spaces such as the residents’ lounge for either work or study, a private roof terrace, a cinema, a spa room, a studio as well as a gym fully fitted out by TechnoGym the world leader in gym equipment.
