Just about ready for the turnover of their Solstice residential project in Circuit Makati, Alveo Land unveils their latest development in the area, Callisto.
Callisto, named after the Greek nymph Kalliste also translating to most beautiful, is the second residential project of Alveo Land in Circuit Makati. It will stand 38-storeys high with its own retail component on the lower ground and upper ground floors. Mr. Rufino Gutierrez, Vice President of Alveo Land, shares, “We are looking at as an ideal residence area for young professionals – not only young of age but young at heart.”
Compared to its predecessor, Solstice, Callisto will feature smaller units with a lead in studio unit at 28-32 square metres. While there are smaller units, it also features wide spaces spanning 85-106 square metres for two-bedroom units, and 112-214 square metres for three-bedroom units.
Callisto will feature a roof deck and 8 podium floors. On the 9th floor, the two towers will have shared amenity level featuring a 25-metre lap pool, three lounge pools, a kiddie pool, a game room, indoor gym, library, function room, board room, play area, lounge and an open lawn area. Typical units are priced at Php 135,000-Php 140,000 per square metre. The project turnover is expected to be in July of 2022.
