A new benchmark in residential design, Park Villas brings together global design leaders and local visionaries to reimagine luxury at the heart of Makati
Across from the Ayala Triangle Gardens, where Makati breathes easier and the skyline yields to green, rises Park Villas—a development conceived as a private refuge, and as a benchmark for what residential design in the Philippines can aspire to become.
With only 45 villas, each spanning an entire floor area of 610 square metres, Park Villas offers an architectural rarity: space as a form of luxury. But more than the generous living space of its units or its prime location that offers panoramic views of Makati’s evolving skyline, it is the convergence of global minds behind the project that quietly sets it apart. Ayala Land, Inc, in partnership with the Tagle Group, has enlisted some of the most influential names in contemporary design to shape this development. Each of them is selected not for reputation alone, but for their ability to translate place into experience.

Skidmore, Owings & Merrill (SOM), the New York-based firm behind landmarks such as the Burj Khalifa in Dubai and 35 Hudson Yards in New York, serves as an architectural consultant. They took on the task to marry luxury with homelike warmth and build a structure that provides refined and elevated living within Makati.
P Landscape (PLA), whose design philosophy translates into creating sensuous, serene outdoor spaces such as the Capella and Park Hyatt in Thailand, leads the landscape architecture and design, envisioning gardens that breathe with the seasons and move with the light.
But it is in the interiors, shaped by Yabu Pushelberg, where Park Villas reveals its most intimate layer. George Yabu and Glenn Pushelberg have spent decades crafting spaces for Aman Residences in Tokyo, Japan, Waldorf Astoria Beijing in China and the Ritz-Carlton New York NoMad in the United States, designing not just how rooms appear but how they feel.

“Our design philosophy begins the moment you step through the door or exit the elevator,” says Yabu. “It’s not just about the materials we use, but about the quality and essence of the space itself. We focus on how it feels, how it flows and how it enhances the experiences of those who live there.” For Pushelberg, the project’s audience demanded an equally considered approach. “This project was crafted with people in mind. The clients are individuals who have seen the world in all its grandeur—many of them likely own properties across the globe,” he explains. “It was crucial for us to design at that level of sophistication. At the same time, we wanted to weave in the subtle nuances of Filipino life and bring an experience that can only truly be appreciated here.
More than an address, Park Villas is positioned as a focal point of the city. It is an inspired collaboration shaped by the finest minds, designers and architects, both here and abroad. From the first layers of its foundation up to the most intricate details in its rooms, it promises an unparalleled living experience. It will reshape the Makati skyline, furthering it as a hub of culture, creativity and commerce. At its core, this address is one that will endure, meticulously designed and thoughtfully crafted for all who reside within.
