This James Bond-Inspired Luxury Triplex In London Could Be Yours For US$21M
The Four Seasons has just listed a highly coveted turnkey unit at 20 Grosvenor Square in the West End of London. The Mayfair residence is considered to be one of the most significant addresses in the city—with former residents including Oscar Wilde and the Bentley Boys to name a few.
According to a recent Robb Report story, 20 Grosvenor Square has been transformed into 37 high end residences—with prices starting at US$21.2 million. Designed by architects Squire & Partners and Finchatton design firm, the property is home to one particularly special unit: Apartment 0.07—a sprawling triplex that was inspired by how James Bond would live. The unit is approximately 5,863 square feet across its three floors and includes a double garage in the basement and a built-in elevator for easy accessibility between floors.
And unlike most hotel residences, 20 Grosvenor Square does not have any hotel rooms or restaurants attached to it. Instead, the building has a number of private amenities for owners, including a wine cellar, a spa and fitness centre with a swimming pool, steam room, and sauna, a children’s playroom, a cinema, a games room, and even a library and private conference suite.
The residence also includes everything you’d expect in terms of hospitality services, including a 24-hour concierge, valet, parking, and housekeeping, among many other luxury services.
“Four Seasons Private Residences provide a unique opportunity to experience life in the most sought-after locations and exclusive communities,” a statement on the Four Seasons website read. “With signature Four Seasons service and outstanding amenities on their doorstep, owners enjoy unparalleled access to a personally tailored lifestyle, while our long-term property management ensures a worry-free ownership experience.”
