The second edition of the event, featuring the imaginings of leading designers and architects, will give an insight into what may be the homes of the future

Neri & Hu's "One Child Policy" (2014)

What will the future home look like? This is the question that The Dollhouse Project seeks to answer, by posing it as a challenge to some of the world’s leading architects and designers. In 2014 Neri & Hu, Philip Liao and Norman Chan were the ones who presented their vision of tomorrow via strikingly different interpretations of house and home. Materials such as Carrara marble, solid wood, and transparent prisms were all used to comment on the preoccupations of each individual in relation to home.

This year, the project will return to House of Madison with a private preview on May 18, after which the designs will be on show for the public. The new collection of dollhouses will be presented by the following: ESKYIU, Via., and Alan Chan Design Co. A special piece by Neri & Hu will also be making a comeback.
