New award categories, a fresh venue, and resilient consumer confidence set the stage for a landmark edition of the PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards
PropertyGuru Group, Southeast Asia's leading proptech company, has announced the launch of the 15th edition of the PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards (Singapore). This milestone year introduces new competitive categories and a new venue, reflecting the evolving ambitions of Singapore’s dynamic real estate sector.
Entries are now officially open for the 2025 awards, inviting developers to submit their projects for consideration in a programme that recognises excellence across the city-state’s real estate landscape.
Set amid an atmosphere of stability and optimism, the awards celebrate the country’s finest real estate ventures, from innovative commercial spaces to sustainably designed residences. The upcoming awards cycle will culminate in a black-tie gala dinner at the Andaz Hotel Singapore—its debut as the venue—on 31 October 2025.
The 2025 edition unfolds against a resilient market backdrop. According to the PropertyGuru Singapore Consumer Sentiment Study H2 2024, half of Singaporeans plan to purchase property within the next five years. The Sentiment Index remains steady at 43 points, only slightly down from 44 in H1 2024, underscoring sustained confidence despite broader challenges.
To commemorate its 15th year, the awards programme is expanding its scope with the introduction of several new categories: Best Renovated Commercial Development, Best Renovated Residential Development, and Best Sustainable Development. These additions reflect a heightened focus on environmental consciousness and adaptive reuse within the built environment.
