Many of us wish that we had more than 24 hours in a day, but while we haven’t found a genie who can make that wish come true, choosing a home that is luxurious and serene will probably be the best decision we can make for our busy lives. The newly developed OASIS KAI TAK, by Wheelock Properties, is an urban oasis situated in the heart of Hong Kong’s up-and-coming CBD2 district in Kowloon East.

So, how might a perfect day living in the OASIS look once it's complete? Read on to find out.

6 am: Wake up and work out

Wake up and get your day started with a quick workout. At CLUB OASIS, there will be over 16,000 square feet of sports facilities, including a state-of-the-art 24-hour gym that offers an infinite climbing wall, interactive bike racing, and a yoga studio. Its BODY N SOUL concept is designed to cater to an all-around healthy lifestyle.

7 am: Quick dip in the pool

Before heading out, slow down, stretch out and do a few laps in the 50 metre-long outdoor swimming pool—currently the only one of its kind in the neighbourhood.

8:30 am: Morning meeting in Central

After getting ready, it’s time for that 9 am meeting in Central. After a quick stroll—approximately one minute—to the Kai Tak MTR station, the commute is only going to be 15 minutes thanks to the soon-to-be-completed Shatin to Central link. While you’re on the train, take advantage of the e-shop delivery service, exclusive to OASIS residents, and order groceries from city'super. They'll be delivered in time for dinner that same day.

1 pm: Alfresco lunch

With the meeting in the bag, head back towards home and stop at one of the European restaurants along the Kai Tak Runway Precinct, a seaside promenade that will be lined with a prime selection of international dining options.

3 pm: Seaside hotel meeting

After a relaxing lunch, it’s time for another business meeting at the new hotel that will be built on the promenade. Carefully planned and developed by the government, CBD2 in Kowloon East will eventually cover 5.4 million square meters of commercial space; nearly twice the size of Hong Kong's Central Business District.

4 pm: Metro Park with the kids

Time to pick up the kids from school. Thankfully, you won’t have to drive far because OASIS will be situated just a stone's throw away from the renowned School Net 34. It’s always playtime after school, so Metro Park—the largest park in Hong Kong at 1.3 times the size of Victoria Park—will be the perfect destination.

While they play, you can turn on your home air conditioning with just a few taps on your phone—a complimentary smart home system that’s going to be available to OASIS residents.

5:30 pm: Cook and serve

With the ingredients you ordered delivered straight to your door, you can now whip up a delicious three-course dinner in your designer kitchen equipped with top of the line cooking appliances.

9 pm: Wind down

After dinner, you can head outside to the adjacent Kai Tak River for a leisurely night stroll, admiring the beautiful and calm landscape around you.

As the grand finale of the first six private residential properties in the Kai Tak Grid Neighbourhood, Wheelock Properties makes no compromises in the standard and quality of living at OASIS KAI TAK. You will be able to enjoy convenience, space and world-class facilities in a scenic riverside neighbourhood developed with sustainability and technology at its core.
