It was originally unveiled as a prototype during the company’s 50th anniversary in 2022, before undergoing further refinement to become a commercial product in 2023.

In the real world, sound originates from a single point of origin, not separated between high and lows. Hyphn reproduces an ultra-realistic “point sound” where all the high, low and vocal sounds are projected from a single point. This is unlike other loudspeakers, where the high and low sound drivers are positioned in a vertical layout which doesn't allow for a realistic blending of sound.
