Bespoke touches and stylish spaces for hosting can be found throughout this luxurious Good Class Bungalow designed by KGID
When the husband-wife designers Kelvin and Karen Gan first saw the property, they were impressed by the scale of the home. “The client bought this Good Class Bungalow (GCB) because of its location and style; they liked the classic exterior,” shares Kelvin, co-founder of KGID. “Their previous home had a modern design style. For their new home, they wanted the interior design to blend well with the classic look of the architecture.”
The 16,500 sqft abode consists of seven bedrooms and 11 bathrooms for a multi-generational family of seven. At the basement entrance, the firm designed signage with their family name, based on a handwritten calligraphy work by the owner.
