hansgrohe introduces us to the Aquno Select M81, an innovative new kitchen tap that will easily bring your tedious kitchen routine into the convenience of the 21st century
As much as we love to cook, we have to admit: the kitchen can be a stressful situation. There's a lot of mess that comes before perfectly plating (and enjoying) your favourite dish. For most 21st century families, it's difficult to find the time to keep up with it.
Thankfully, hansgrohe has given us a glimpse into their new Aquno Select M81 kitchen tap, which will turn tedious cleanups into effortless routines.
First and foremost, the Aquno Select M81 integrated system helps users interact more efficiently with water in the kitchen. It features various spray modes and functions that can help with any given task. Its SatinFlow spray mode is a novelty in the kitchen and acts as a sort of "shower" for fruits and vegetables. Because it carries with it a long and narrow spout, it also produces a wider flow of water with a softer distribution of droplets. It also comes with a multifunctional sieve, which makes it easier to wash vegetables, fruits, and cooking utensils of various sizes in your sink.

The SatinFlow also helps to save water by consuming only four litres per minute, though it can be amped up to six litres per minute if there is a need to fill pots or other similar circumstances. The operating range of the spray comes up to 76 centimetres (2.5 feet). There is also the option to add the convenient sBox—a 76 centimetre long hose extension with safe storage under the sink, making it functional for tasks that need to be completed from further away.
The faucet, which features a single lever handle on the right side of its base, features a Select button that allows users to have intuitive control over all of the M81's features. It also boasts of a futuristic design that can be customised according to one's preferences. One of the choices is the linear L-shaped spout, while the other features a striking high-arc spout that accentuates the M81's shapely design. But whatever way you wish to integrate this system into your life, you can be sure that will turn your tiring kitchen chores into something much more convenient.
