Leave it to Jonathan Anderson to think of a playful twist to even the most prosaic of objects—in this case, the humble table linen.

The Loewe creative director has dreamt up a surreal tableau for a limited edition table linen set. Made out of pure linen, the set comprises a table cloth, and a set of four place mats and napkins adorned with images from the Spanish luxury house’s autumn/winter 2017/2018 advertising campaign.

Photographed by Steven Meisel, these images feature an eclectic mix of objects on a table that appears to float above a cloudy sky—a hyper-real sight that will turn even the most mundane table into a work of art. 

The table linen set will be available for a limited run at Casa Loewe, Paragon Singapore and on their website from 25 September 2017.
