Guests feast on an intimate Mid-Autumn Festival-themed dinner set up by Bernhardt as it presents its glamorous Silhouette collection. Read on to know what went down in the event
The Chinese community prides itself on having a Mid-Autumn festival where families gather and hold ceremonies to give thanks for a "great harvest." This year, after a long and hauling pause due to the pandemic, Bernhardt decided to make the celebration extra special by releasing its latest Silhouette Collection—a cluster of furniture characterised by bold contrasts, crisp tailoring, and clean lines.
In line with its new milestone, the luxury brand invited new and longtime friends to a sumptuous Chinese-themed dinner hosted by TV personality and aspiring interior designer, Nikki Gil-Albert. Each guest was given the privilege of being one of the first few people to preview the gorgeous new pieces Bernhardt offers.
"The past two and a half years have brought uncertainty and darkness, but now as we move forward towards the light, we are reminded that there is beauty in both light and shadow,” Elisha Mendoza, Assistant Vice President for Marketing said.

Besides providing their visitors with an appetising meal, Bernhardt invited everyone to try their luck by playing a traditional dice game. Some of the prizes that awaited winners were exquisite items from the MAV Showroom including gorgeous lamps and other beautiful accessories. A beautiful side table was also up for grabs as the grand prize.

The design perspective is elevated, but the mood is pretty and feminine. Graphic elements have a cinematic beauty and sleek linear forms balance pattern, texture and subtle curves. The collection is undeniably glamorous.

Some products to watch out for from Bernhardt's astounding collection are the Silhouette Panel King Bed, an upholstered panel bed constructed from soft, textured fabric and brilliant stainless steel; the Silhouette Nightstand, which comes with oversized floral pulls; the Silhouette Side Chair, a fully upholstered chair that features elegant contours and soft, textured fabric; and finally, the Silhouette Etagere which boasts dramatic intersecting planes in a chic contrast of black and white.
