Comprehensive triangle connection model
The year 2025 is a landmark moment for Le Gia Mao Trung Group: not only celebrating 35 years of establishment and development, but also opening a new chapter with strategic transformations. It is a time of restructuring the management of Le Gia and Mao Trung Home, investing in ERP and CRM systems, and setting up additional member companies. Against this backdrop, the Group chose “Trio” as the central theme. Inspired by the triangle, it represents a sustainable model of cooperation across three pillars in the value chain:
- International brands and manufacturers
- Mao Trung Home: strategic distributor
- Professional clients: architects, contractors and investors

For Le Gia Mao Trung Group, this is a flexible three-dimensional structure, where each party grows together, exchanges knowledge and supports one another across the life cycle of a project.
The highlight of the evening was a contemporary art performance on a triangular stage, symbolising the three pillars of “Trio”. It combined elemental dance (Fire, Earth and Water), folk music, and opera fused with beatbox. The climax came as the image of a modern building rose gradually on the LED screen, surrounded by mist and light, symbolising the future of the material industry when shaped within a sustainable structure of cooperation.
Within the programme, CEO Mr Nguyen Phuong Nam remarked: “We believe materials should not be viewed merely as products. They should be experienced deeply, embodying the spirit of connection between the brand, the architect and the resident. That is why we place customers at the heart of every strategy.”
A new era opens
After 35 years of shaping Vietnam’s cities, Le Gia Mao Trung Group has entered a new era defined by technology, artificial intelligence and sustainable thinking as the three cornerstones of future strategy. Drawing on its market insight and decades of experience, the Group is launching initiatives to build a sustainable and intelligent material ecosystem.
“Matone”, the first mini showroom with AI technology: A space where brick products, interiors and building materials are presented in themed perspectives, paired with an AI-enabled LED/LCD screen system.
Digital transformation and experience platform: A tool for both architects and individual customers to design spaces according to their needs from tiles and paint to sanitary fittings, lighting and layouts. The system also suggests on-trend designs in real time.
Mao Trung Academy: Short courses for young architecture and interior design students, taught by leading experts, acclaimed architects and representatives from international brands.
