Restored and rejuvenated, YTL's Sentul Works is a premier co-working space that celebrates its past while offering a workplace geared towards the future

Nestled within tranquil Sentul Park in Sentul West, Sentul Works is the latest addition to YTL’s Sentul Masterplan, an eclectic mix of residential and commercial spaces. This unique office space comes just in time when the idea of what constitutes an office is evolving.

Occupying a colonial structure that once housed railway offices, its careful restoration is a homage to Sentul’s railway heritage while reinvigorating it as a new destination that combines a work-and-play environment.

ALL CHANGE

Originally just a shell of bricks and concrete arched colonnades, the two-storey structure was meticulously readapted into four floors. The first two floors showcase its original architectural features and now benefit from an airy double volume atrium between both wings. The upper two floors are new interventions with distressed walls which blend into the earthy colour palette while the third floor opens out to a large terrace area which offers beautiful views of the surrounding greenery and beyond.

Now totalling a generous 33,000 sq ft of space, the building’s rustic charm is evident from the exposed brick and metal beams. Each floor features high ceilings and large windows which stream in natural light while capturing serene glimpses of the park. Flexible open plan layouts will house co-working spaces with a choice of public and private desking while the permanent office spaces will have flexible configurations to suit various corporate needs.

FUTURE-PROOFED

While the restoration of the heritage building lies at the heart of this project, YTL Land & Development was mindful of equipping Sentul Works with state-of-the-art technology and amenities. This includes access to fast and reliable broadband (located within the MSC Malaysia Cybercentre @ iHubSentulPark), ample parking spaces, and 24/7 security.
