Family time at home is something that Iroshini and Aiyana Chua enjoy, especially while in the living room that is comfortably furnished with top pieces selected from King Living
Motherhood is no simple feat, setting the foundations of trust and care in raising her little girl to become the best version of herself. That said, it is safe to say that Iroshini Chua has done an exceptional job as a mother to her daughter, Aiyana, who has had the chance to follow her heart and freedom to chase her ever-changing dreams.
It is no wonder that the round-the-clock doctor is always proud of her 17 year-old’s similarly ambitious streak. In between her volunteer stints with the People’s Action Party, the teenager enjoys picking up jewellery-making traditions from her grandparents and learning baking recipes online to make delectable cakes.

Most notably, Aiyana was in charge of the interior design and furniture selection of her family’s home which they moved into last year in February. With her acute eye and creative sensibilities, she was determined to shape a liveable environment that her family would treasure, and so she did in a timeline of two months.
“Initially, I wondered if we should hire or interview interior designers, and [she said], ‘Leave it to me, mummy, I know what you want,’” recalls Iroshini. “[So], I left her to do the interiors and decor, and she came up with this beautiful concept.”
