As a media parter of Rise, Gen.T was invited to moderate a panel at the conference's Venture stage. The topic—"Investing to disrupt: Where are the opportunities?"

The panel of investors offered a variety of perspectives. Shailesh Rao is head of TPG Growth India and has two decades of experience across Southeast Asia, Schweta Bhatia leads tech investments at Eight Roads Ventures India, and Haiyan Wu is managing partner at China Growth Capital, focusing on Mainland China.

From the opportunities to reshape entire industries to the risks these unprecedented investments pose, the panel touched upon a lot of key talking points during the 20-minute session. Watch the video to see for yourself.
