As part of the deal, Dash Living will oversee more than 100 co-living spaces in Tokyo. After which, the company will manage a total of more than 1,800 units across Asia-Pacific.

The deal will be led by Wesley Wen, Dash Living’s chief growth officer, and Joel Yu, intheHood’s co-founder.

“We’re excited to kickstart the next stage of our Asia Pacific expansion in Tokyo,” Lee said. “I am confident Dash Living's affordable, flexible, tech-enabled, dynamic accommodation options will appeal to the Japanese millennial segment and beyond”.
