Zagin Soba

Home to paitan ramen from Osaka, now in Manila
Zagin Soba hails from Osaka, Japan, a city known for its exciting nightlife and cuisine. But even when it finds itself in Salcedo Village, Makati, signs of its origins have not faded. The foundation of their ramen-focused menu lies in their ingredients: while their soup broth and Kagoshima chicken are sourced directly from Japan, their noodles are made in the Philippines, specially developed over a six- month period. At the helm is chef Shun Sato, whose passion is felt in every warm bowl he serves.
Tatler Tip
Make sure to come as early as you can— Zagin Soba serves limited bowls per day, so it’s best to be at the front of the line.
