Yardbird offers a well-executed, approachable Southern dining experience right in the heart of Marina Bay Sands. The space combines sleek interiors with a lively, upbeat energy, making it ideal for both casual and celebratory meals. Service is warm and attentive without being overbearing—the staff are knowledgeable, friendly and they seamlessly pace the meal. To start, the devilled eggs and crab cakes are highly recommended; both are fresh and flavourful, with lovely textures and seasoning. The smoked salmon carpaccio with fried capers and fennel purée is also delicious. The signature chicken and waffles dish hits all the right notes—sweet, spicy and crispy—while the scallop and chorizo pasta brings richness with a punchy edge. Dessert is a refreshing finish: a well-balanced key lime pie.
