Decorated with white marble terrazzo flooring and handblown turquoise Murano glass chandeliers by Venetian artisans, Venédia prides itself on a luxurious dining experience that comes with a wide range of Italian (and also French and Japanese-inspired) dishes designed by Roland Schuller and Bjoern Alexander. Expect both traditional classics—tiramisu with a good kick of alcohol and freshly made Sicilian red prawn linguine—and innovative fusions such as focaccia sando with Hokkaido sea urchin and Imperial Oscietra caviar. The culinary team makes an effort to use seasonal products and offers gluten-free dishes upon request.
