Under Lab is a cocktail bar that reimagines drinking as an experimental journey. The name combines the secrecy of an underground hideaway with the spirit of a laboratory, where bartenders and guests interact closely across its signature curved bar. 

Drawing inspiration from Taiwan’s subtropical climate and culinary culture, Under Lab crafts cocktails around five themes: seasonal scene, cuisine art, teatails, tea x classic and food pairing. Blending classic mixology with local ingredients and creativity, the bar aims to deliver unforgettable “wow” moments while shaping a distinctive Taiwanese cocktail style.
