Set in a colonial-style building, this secluded restaurant surrounded by lush greenery combines cosy elegance with grandeur. The mariscos paella (seafood paella) is delightful, with rice soaked and cooked in a rich and delectable sauce laden with red sea prawns, fresh clams and black mussels. Lining the bottom of the pan is an umami reward—crispy charred rice coated in caramelised, briny paella stock. Equally impressive is the pulpo a la parrilla, consisting of smoky fork-tender grilled octopus paired with velvety mojo sauces and violet-blue Vitelotte potatoes. The wine service is impressive as the dedicated sommelier is knowledgeable, especially towards Spanish wines.
