Service is warm, the atmosphere immersive, and each course reveals a new facet of Indian flavour with rare technical finesse.

Beyond the dining room, Papadom Botanic Bar invites guests to explore inventive cocktails by Dom Carella, where local botanicals and spices take centre stage. The Masala Chai Ghost folds memory and heat into liquid comfort, while the Halwai Negroni brings a playful sweetness to a classic sip.
