Authentic plant-based ramen

 

Famed in Kyoto for serving vegan ramen, Towzen recently made its Malaysian debut in Bukit Damansara. Soy milk is used to recreate the distinct silkiness of tonkotsu broth, adding depth with dashi and soy sauce. Diners can customise both spice level and noodle choice.
