Tokyo Confidential

Tokyo Confidential brings together two bar industry stars: founder Holly Graham, mixologist, bar magazine editor and cocktail book author; and head bartender Wakana Murata, who formerly worked in Singapore and at the Gold Bar at The Tokyo Edition. They share a love for many things, including champagne, awamori and nigori sake. The bar has the intimate atmosphere of a friend’s home, and relaxing, friendly service, while the terrace comes with a great view of Tokyo Tower. Bar food is curated by consulting chef Daniel Calvert of Sézanne, the winner in our Best Innovation category, and features choices such as freshly baked bagels with caviar, cream cheese and dill.
