The Triệu Institute is a haven for gin enthusiasts, where history and mixology intertwine. Its intimate space is designed to evoke the beauty of Vietnam’s four distinct regions, reflected in four signature gin serves: Sapa Citrus Tea, Hoi An Spice Road, Dalat Flowerbomb, and Mekong Delta Dry.

Founded by a British bartender with a deep passion for gin, The Triệu Institute pays homage to the strength and resilience of Vietnamese women, embodied by the legendary Lady Triệu. Each cocktail is crafted with a storytelling spirit, presenting bold and unexpected flavour pairings. Naked Battle, for example, reimagines a classic with fiery spices and delicate floral notes, inspired by Lady Triệu’s final stand. Meanwhile, Nhụi Kiều General Quân is a harmonious blend of refined flavours, a tribute to the triumphant voices of Vietnam’s past.
