Staying true to its name, The Test Kitchen by Josh Boutwood continues to seasonally introduce new dishes that the renowned chef creates in this culinary laboratory. What was originally a tasting menu restaurant within reach of the Bistro Group’s headquarters (though it’s worth noting that they do offer degustations from time to time) has now found a home at One Rockwell, setting the perfect stage for a relaxed and intimate yet exciting dining experience.
