The brainchild of visionary Lee Watson, The Spirits Library houses one of Asia’s most extensive collections of rare bottles, vintage glassware, historic bar books, and curious antiques. Working closely with senior general manager Ralph Santos, Watson has crafted a menu drawing inspiration from Charles Baker's 1939 travelogue The Gentleman’s Companion, reimagining historic drinks through modern techniques.
