Inspired by the spirit of bar culture, The Public House infuses it with a distinctly Taiwanese sensibility, creating a style that feels both familiar and refreshingly original.
Throughout the night, the bar unfolds in three evolving chapters. From 7pm to 9pm, guests are greeted with the glow of warm light and soft jazz, alongside relaxed drinks and comforting bar bites — the perfect prelude to an unhurried evening. After 9pm, the tempo rises as the lights dim and energetic British rock fills the room, setting the stage for an array of inventive signature cocktails. Then, from 1am to 5am, The Public House transforms once again — into an industrial-style late-night haunt where beer and fries become the purest form of joy, shared over laughter and music.
