The Mixing Room

Replacing J. Boroski, this new venture from the Iron Fairies Group is based on characters from founder Ashley Sutton’s The Iron Fairies children’s book trilogy. Like Sutton’s other venues, The Mixing Room is characteristically whimsical and evocative, featuring an interior bedecked with strung bottles holding various spices and herbs; this approach extends to the menu, which features concoctions chockfull of homemade sodas, house infusions and craft spirits. Tom Egerton heads the cocktail programme here, whipping up drinks with names like A Cheeky Mango and Mouna’s Escape.
