Little India is buzzing with its rich culture and history. And, the brains behind cocktail bar The Elephant Room want to tell its stories through innovative cocktails that are made with local ingredients found in and around Tekka market, as well as uncommon spirits sourced from small-batch producers in India and across the globe. The team also uses various techniques including fermentation and distillation to add another dimension to their creations. Such is the Farmer’s Joy, concocted with Two Indies rum, caramelised camphor and fermented rice for a memorable finish.
