The Dining Room is the heart of The Datai Langkawi, offering up to six different menus concurrently, from extensive seasonal tasting menus to those catering to dietary requirements. Helmed by Chai Chun Boon, it is the pinnacle of culinary escapism. Degustation menus grace dinner tables when night falls and a la carte dishes remain firmly on the menu all day for curious diners eager to explore the restaurant’s offerings. Dishes here are terroir driven and shaped by the lands surrounding the Andaman Sea. In the morning, it is also the setting for the resort’s extensive breakfast buffet; not to be missed is the signature sea salt croissant.
